What will your typical day look like?

•    Contribute to delivery of projects in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Digital Transformation, and Information Governance using OpenText VIM and related technologies.
•    Participate in and/or facilitate requirements workshops with AP and Procure-to-Pay stakeholders; document process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•    Configure and test OpenText VIM components (e.g., document processing, exception handling, approval workflows) and support integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and related systems.
•    Prepare client-ready deliverables including functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and status updates.
•    Support test planning and execution; triage and resolve defects; contribute to cutover planning, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
•    Work within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks; participate in stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; track tasks and escalate risks/issues in a timely manner.
•    Contribute to internal accelerators, templates, and knowledge sharing to improve delivery quality and speed.

You bring:


•    Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
•    Foundational understanding of AP and Procure-to-Pay processes, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
•    Familiarity with SDLC or Agile practices and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA/Azure DevOps, Confluence).


Analyst-level expectations:
•    0–2+ years of experience in technology consulting, ERP/ECM, or business systems.
•    Direct exposure to OpenText VIM, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, or ECM concepts through coursework, projects, internships, or prior roles.
•    Able to support requirements documentation, configuration and testing under guidance from senior team members.


Consultant-level expectations:
•    Approximately 2–4 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise solutions; 1+ year of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM or closely related AP automation tools preferred.
•    Demonstrated contribution across multiple project phases (requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment) and experience creating client-ready solution deliverables.
•    Ability to facilitate portions of workshops, lead configuration work packages, and coordinate test cycles and issue resolution with minimal guidance.


Nice to have:
•    Familiarity with ECM capabilities: document management, records management, information governance, content migration, and integration patterns.
•    Experience engaging procurement stakeholders to optimize P2P processes.
•    Industry experience in public sector, energy & resources, or financial services.
•    Bilingualism (English/French).

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
