  • Flexible Schedules: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Multiple full-time shifts are available from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM!

As our Entry-Level Customer Service Associate, you'll be the voice of our company, connecting with customers and ensuring their needs are met. You'll get to be part of the process from start to finish, learning all aspects of customer service, auto repairs, and service advising. Whether you're scheduling customers, answering calls, handling data entry, or supporting our service advisors, every day will be an opportunity to improve your skills and gain new knowledge.
As you develop into a Service Advisor, you'll master the art of customer communication, managing repairs, recommending services, and handling parts orders-creating an experience that our customers will rave about. You'll record the 4 C's (Concern, Cause, Correction, and Confirmation) throughout the process and become an expert in delivering world-class customer service.
