• We are looking for a hands-on person to work in the coating application area of the facility. • The person will take improvement ideas from conception to implementation. • Will work on capital projects from justification, specification, purchasing, installation to debugging. Equipment involved is mixing, roll coating, curtain coating, silk screening, ovens, and environmental controls. • Write ISO procedures and instructions including APQP. • Direct and lead improvement teams • Most coatings are developed at division level, but the person must be able to understand, implement, and improve them as necessary.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

BS in Chemical Engineering or BS in Mechanical Engineering with Chemical minor. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - able to communicate with internal and external groups Proven Computer skills in Windows based programs and CAD. Ability to work in an ISO/QS based environment. Preferred strong Team player Previous experience with polymers, PTFE, and rubber compounds preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
