POSITIONSUMMARY
The Entry Level Production position is an entry-level position that requires physical work utilizing a pressure washer for washing customers' parts. The position requires physical coordination standing and maneuvering a pressure washer during work hours. The environment is a wet, industrial setting working around hazardous chemicals for cleaning customers' parts. Proper PPE is supplied. The position is critical to quality requirements of the overall process and customer satisfaction.
KEYACCOUNTABILITIES
• Produces work by pressure washing and preserving parts to meet customer delivery and quality standards. Includes using other cleaning materials and chemicals to achieve desired results.
• Determines sequence of operations by studying operating manuals, standard work instructions, and specifications
• Maintains specifications by observing operations, detecting problems, inspecting parts.
• Resolves production problems by altering process to meet specifications; notifying team lead to obtain additional resources.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE, 5S procedures, rules and regulations. Clean machine, containers, materials, supplies, and work areas daily, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
