As a Security Officer Entry Level Mobile in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier private club location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities with professionalism. This is a driving post. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working as part of a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and always acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, members, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site expectations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout club grounds, parking areas, recreational spaces, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, common areas, and amenity locations to help control access, observe activity, and support a welcoming environment.
  • Communicate with site contacts, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, policy questions, and/or observed issues during each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Guard card is required
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
