Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to join a new product line group that compression molds, sews and assembles sports gear. The Sports Safety Gear Machine Operator & Assembly 3 [I] entry level roles is responsible for learning how to safety operate and use various machinery and also assemble sports safety products. This entry-level position plays a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality safety equipment that meets industry standards and customer expectations.
What Success Looks Like
- Operate machinery used in the production and assembly of sports safety gear.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently to produce finished products.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
