Job description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Printing Assistant. This position assists with the operation of wide-format printing equipment, material preparation, finishing processes, and quality control to ensure products are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with operating wide-format printers, including UV, solvent, and latex equipment.
  • Load and unload materials such as vinyl, Styrene, PVC, and other specialty substrates.
  • Prepare materials by cutting, taping, kitting, and staging for production.
  • Support finishing tasks, including laminating, trimming, mounting, and packaging.
  • Monitor print quality and communicate any issues to the operator.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production standards.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and report low supplies.
  • Assist with routine equipment cleaning and maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or production environments is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
