Digital Transformation Sales Executive - Hybrid

  • Do you have a proven track record in B2B sales?
  • Do you have experience identifying and closing opportunities for Managed IT services?
  • Do you enjoy uncovering new opportunities for hardware, software, within an existing portfolio?

The Sales Executive, Digital Transformation is a mid-level sales role responsible for selling Canon equipment and integrated office solutions and identifying opportunity for Managed IT services to existing small- to- large sized businesses within a named portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Expand business with existing customers by identifying new opportunities.
  • Meet entry-level corporate annual individual sales quotas for software, ITS Services, and hardware.
  • Conduct cost of print and workflow analyses (officeFLOW assessments) to identify areas that add customer value and reveal sales opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and training that highlight Canon’s competitive advantage and value.
  • Conduct window of opportunity analyses for leased or purchased units to identify additional opportunities with existing customers.
  • Document all sales activities in Salesforce.

To Succeed, You Will Have

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build proposals and selling documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in and passion for continuous learning on the hardware, software and IT services being offered in and/or developed in the office products and print industries
  • Self-disciplined with excellent organizational and time management skills to manage high-volume billing cycles and customer timelines
  • Able to work autonomously to meet the demands of a highly productive work week
  • Positive attitude with lots of energy, self-motivation, personal integrity and an entrepreneurial flair Leadership qualities
  • Strong understanding of solutions selling

  • The role is an outside face-to-face sales role. You will be in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays each week, unless required to be at a customer's location.  Sales is expected to maximize their time at customer locations and the remaining time, you will be able to work from a home workspace.
