Join Xerox as a DocuCare Associate II and become an integral part of our Service Delivery team, supporting one or more customer locations to deliver exceptional managed print services. In this role, you will help maintain device performance, ensure service level commitments are achieved, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience through proactive maintenance, responsive support, and continuous improvement.
