Job description

We’re seeking an entry-level Construction Review Technician with a passion for learning, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

In this role, you’ll be immersed in real-world municipal infrastructure projects—water, sewer, and paving systems—gaining hands-on experience while improving local communities. As an employee-owner, you’ll have the resources, mentorship, and collaborative environment you need to thrive.

Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing construction projects for compliance with plans and specifications
  • Verify line, grade, materials, and workmanship through field measurements
  • Document progress through daily reports and records using digital tools
  • Support coordination between contractors, engineers, and municipal officials
  • Maintain field safety and assist in on-site problem solving

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and perform basic math
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Relevant work experience preferred
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
