What We Are Looking For
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with technical training preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience with CNC or manual machining in a manufacturing environment is required, with a preference for candidates who have built solid practical skills over time.
What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to run production jobs
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Perform first piece inspections and maintain quality through production
  • Make machine adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommended process improvements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring production quality
