WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time, 40-hour position that offers a consistent schedule and the stability you need to grow and succeed in your career.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an entry-level Pre - Vocational Aide, also known as a Job Coach, your day is all about creating meaningful connections. You guide and support students through hands-on vocational tasks, both on and off campus, helping them build life and job skills that promote independence. Whether you're assisting with personal care, offering encouragement during job coaching sessions, transporting students to worksites, or implementing therapeutic practices, you're right there-providing care, creating joy, and celebrating small victories. Your responsibilities would include monitoring the students while they complete straightforward tasks such as collecting trash from the offices, helping clean up in the cafeteria, or vacuuming and sweeping the hallways. You'll work closely with a supportive team, receive continuous guidance from your instructor, and gain the experience and confidence to grow in your career.
