Inside Sales Representative/ Business Development Executive
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm – One Hour Lunch (37.5 hours/week)
Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)
Compensation: $45,000 Base Salary + Commission
OTE (On-Target Earnings): $52,000 – $55,000

Key Responsibilities
The SDR role is focused on generating the initial leads through telesales. We will provide thorough data on potential clients we know are already using Google Ads, simply bring your A-Game and turn the records into leads for the BDM team to close.
This is a position that requires cold outreach to potential clients, and your targets will be in relation to generating those leads.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions.
  • Showcase your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to drive forward-thinking business development initiatives.
  • Expectation to hit daily target of 150 outbound calls. 
  • Work closely with the BDM team who will give feedback and training.
