At Hunter Power Sports, we dont just build machines; we keep them in peak performing condition. Were looking for a motivatedEntry-Level Powersports Technicianwho is ready to move beyond the crate and start mastering the mechanical heart of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft.


If youve got a base of mechanical knowledge and a hunger to learn the "why" behind the "how," we want you in our bays.


What Youll Be Doing:

  • Routine Maintenance:Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, tire swaps, and brake services.
  • System Diagnostics:Assist senior techs in troubleshooting electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues.
  • Precision Assembly:Unbox and assemble new units with a focus on technical "dial-in" and safety checks.
  • Accessory Integration:Install winches, plow kits, lighting, and performance exhaust systems.
  • Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure every machine is trail-ready.
  • Shop Excellence:Maintain a professional-grade toolset and a clean, efficient workspace.


What Were Looking For:

  • Foundational Knowledge:A solid understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
  • Tool Savvy:Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment (multimeters, etc.).
  • Technical Mindset:You don't just follow instructions; you want to understand how the systems work together.
  • Documentation Skills:Ability to clearly document work performed for customer service records.
  • Requirements:Valid drivers license (Motorcycle endorsement required or obtainable within 90 days).
