Through the internship program, students are paired with mentors within the Power Quality & Reliability team to gain practical exposure to electric system reliability, resiliency, outage analysis, and operational improvement initiatives. The internship is intended not only to develop technical and analytical skills, but also to help interns understand the strategies, technologies, and decision-making processes used to maintain and improve grid reliability for our customers.

The Power Quality & Reliability Intern will support initiatives focused on improving electric system reliability and resiliency through data analysis, process improvement, and innovative problem-solving. Interns will collaborate with engineers, power quality specialists, and technical staff to analyze outage and power quality data. They will support the development of dashboards, tools, and reporting solutions that improve reliability tracking and operational decision-making.
