The Opportunity

The Power Platform Consultant supports the design and development of business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. This role assists in turning business requirements into functional applications, contributes to solution build activities, and grows technical and consulting skills through hands-on project work. Ideal candidates have early professional experience with Power Platform tools and a strong interest in expanding their capabilities, including Copilot Studio and AI-enabled solutions.
 

What You'll Do

Support end-to-end Power Platform project activities including requirements gathering, basic solution design, and application build tasks
•    Build and modify Power Apps solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dataverse
•    Create and enhance Power Automate workflows for automation, approvals, and data integration
•    Participate in development of Copilot Studio solutions with mentorship, contributing to intelligent agents and AI-enabled app features
•    Assist with modernization projects such as migrating legacy forms or workflows into Power Platform
•    Collaborate with consultants and architects during solution reviews and project checkpoints
•    Contribute to Dataverse data modeling, security role configuration, and environment setup with supervision
•    Support documentation, reusable component creation, and internal standards
•    Research and stay current on new Power Platform capabilities and Microsoft roadmap updates
•    Participate in client meetings and communicate professionally with stakeholders
•    Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team collaboration activities
•    Attend company meetings and support assigned initiatives

What You'll Bring

•    1 to 3 years delivering business solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform•    Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
•    Foundational understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft 365 integrations
•    Exposure to Copilot Studio and interest in developing AI-enabled applications
•    Ability to translate business needs into basic technical requirements
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Clear written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment with support from senior team members
•    Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and DevOps

Additionally

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field or equivalent experience•    PL-200 or PL-400 certification preferred but not required
•    Must meet ITAR and EAR requirements as a U.S. Person or be eligible for licensing
•    Company may choose not to apply for export licensing based on timing considerations
Work Conditions

•   Position may be based in Marietta, Georgia or remote•    Primarily remote client delivery with occasional onsite client meetings
