As an Administrative Assistant at Power-Flo Technologies, youโ€™ll play a vital role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. Your work will directly support our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales, and Operations teamsโ€”helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a positive experience for our customers, vendors, and visitors.


Salary Range: $17 - $19/hour

Full-time, on-site role. Monday - Friday.

What Youโ€™ll Do Every Day

Youโ€™ll be trusted with essential responsibilities that keep our business running, including:

  • Supporting AR, AP, and Sales teams with credit card processing, vendor setup, invoice retrieval, shipping documentation, and email management
  • Entering and maintaining accurate data for warehouse and counter sales operations
  • Greeting visitors and managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism and warmth
  • Scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, and tracking packages
  • Making routine trips to the bank and post office using a company vehicle
  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and related correspondence
  • Assisting with additional administrative and office duties as needed
