Job description

Job Description
African Caregivers LLC, an approved New Jersey DDD provider, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals receiving services with behavioral acuity needs under Embedded Behavior Supports.
This is a part-time contract role (approximately 5–10 hours per month).
Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
  • Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
  • Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation
  • Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements (Section 17.2)
Requirements
  • Active BCBA Certification (required)
  • Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred
  • Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards
  • Ability to provide documentation of credentials
