White Water Marketing is actively seeking a motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to work on ground breaking campaigns with a marketing firm in the local region. The Entry Level Marketing Assistant position is a valued team member in the marketing and advertising department. The position is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising and sales. After successful completion of the program, an individual would be considered a team lead in the marketing department. The entry level Marketing Assistant reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assisting in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
โ€ข Assisting with efforts of customer acquisition and retention
โ€ข Expertly managing the needs of external customers
โ€ข Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
โ€ข Driving sales through retail promotional campaigns

โ€ข Strategize, execute and manage along side the Brand Ambassador teams
โ€ข Interact and communicate with customers
โ€ข Problem solve and make professional judgment on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm's clients offer (candidate will be trained in this area)
โ€ข Conduct new customer acquisition and maintain and develop a client base for our clients who offer the in-store services
โ€ข Aid marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific projects related to each client
