Job Type: Full-Time (No Travel Required)

Work Location: Hybrid - Remote and Lombard, IL 60148
Basic Overview of Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the below function.
  • Manage the customers experience and work to ensure a happy and positive review
  • Process ISF (Import Security Filing) entries
  • Assemble entry packets for submission to Customs and approve applicable documentation
  • Customs clearance of air, ocean, road, and rail shipments
  • Process all entries via ABI in a compliant manner so that all CBP and other government agency requirements are fulfilled
  • OGA processing
  • Obtain Freight Release
  • Facilitation and management of duty payments and ACH account
  • Classification of goods and rating of commercial invoices
  • Interface with U.S. Customs and any other government agencies
  • Ensure compliance with Clutch Global Logistics, Inc. internal policies and procedures
  • Recommend solutions to drive efficiencies and foster continuous growth
  • Manage deliveries of LCL and air freight from US port/airport to customer door as needed
