Base Salary Plus Commission - Entry-level candidates start with a base salary of $35,000-$45,000, plus uncapped commissions. First-year commissions average $40,000-$50,000, bringing total compensation to approximately $65,000-$85,000.

Experienced candidates start with a base salary of $40,000-$50,000, plus uncapped commissions. Top performers typically earn around $65,000- $75,000 in commissions, bringing total compensation to approximately $105,000- 125,000.

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting insurance products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
