JOB TITLE: PMO Assistant
JOB LOCATION: Boston, MA
WAGE RANGE*: 40 - 45/ hour
JOB NUMBER: 238104
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience in Program Management Oversight in large IT organization.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain core data on the projects in the program
Collaborate with project teams on defining and maintaining deliverables and status reporting
Manage financials ensuring projects stay within budget
Hiring approvals, forecasting and then allocation to projects
Facilitate fixed price contracts and set up in the vendor management system
Fixed Price and Time & Material renewals
Maintain Team rosters
Track License & software agreements - Initial procurement through renewals.
Participate in budget process
Ad-hoc Resource and financial analysis
The individual must be
Self-motivated with ability to manage work independently
Effectively interact with different areas of the organization to meet objectives
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skilled in data analysis and Excel
Experience with Clarity (Program Management application), Beeline (vendor management), and Oracle Purchasing a plus
