Job Description A very exciting new role has become available to join a smashing company based in Central Uxbridge. This is a newly created position that will be focused on supporting the Customer Programme Manager, with driving value from both internal and external projects across the business. The role would suit candidates who have a year or two's experience in projects, and are looking for a progressive role, with a hunger to learn and develop within the business.

Role responsibilities: Support Project Managers to deliver internal and external projects Demonstrate and employ the use of established project management methodology and tools where appropriate Provide and report regular project updates to the management team Assist in maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings as and when required Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings Be able to identify and capture project changes, issues and risks Providing administrative support as and when required Assist in ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project Candidate requirements: 1 - 3 years of experience of coordinating a project management office Qualified or working to a PMI, Prince2 or similar methodology Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken Exceptional communicational skills (verbal, written and presentation) Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
