Job description

Job Title: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Intensivist (Nights Only)
Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX
Schedule: 7 on / 14 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview:
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.

Position Highlights:

·         Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM – 7 AM)

·         Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment

·         Work autonomously alongside a well-established team

·         Utilizes EPIC EMR system

·         Competitive compensation and benefits package

Qualifications:

·         Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required)

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred

·         Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability

·         Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
