Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Jacksonville, Florida

We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who wants to build lasting patient relationships while practicing high-quality outpatient medicine in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

You'll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on adult patients, managing acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care and long-term wellness. You'll work alongside experienced physicians and a supportive clinical team with the autonomy to practice at the top of your license.

• Base salary: $130,000–$160,000
