Description:

This position is responsible to ensure product compliance with customer requirements, provide technical support to manufacturing & welding processes, creation and monitoring of Quality documentation and Analysis and implementation of effective countermeasures for customer complaints.

Requirements:

Job Duties Include:


•Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; and making recommendations.

•Respond customer complaints thru process investigations and problem solving techniques.

•Root cause analysis, 5 Whys, 8D, Fish bone.

•Coordination and performance of internal process/product audits.

•Scrap analysis for Quality improvement and cost reduction.

•PPMs daily monitoring and corrective actions to keep KPIs under Target.

•Spot Weld & MIG weld process analysis for decision making and process improvement.

•Interaction and collaboration with different departments for continuous process improvement.

•Monitors Corrective Actions and problem-solving from Suppliers.

•Maintains supplier performance metrics.

•Support training for all Quality related procedures and methods.

•Calibration and monitoring of measuring equipment.

•Must be open to work night shift as needed.


EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE


•1 to 3 years of related job experience

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•PFMEA and Quality Control plans experience

•Good oral and written communication skills

•Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internal and external

•Ability to read and interpret assembly and component drawings and engineering specifications

•Control Charts, CPK, PPK

•Experience with measurement tools

•Able to work efficiently in a team environment

•Basic computer skills of Medium to Advanced


PREFERRED SKILLS


•Knowledge of TS16949 standards

•Toyota QIMS knowledge

•Certified Engineer or Auditor skills

•Six Sigma experience
