GENERAL NATURE OF POSITION:

Themain purpose of the Equipment Operator I position is to move pallets of product to and from various departmentsthroughoutthe Distribution Center.This comprehension entailsknowing the basic functions and controls of the PIT equipment,being able to take daily directions from leadership,and to have the understanding to know how your role affects others within the warehouse.This role is essential in learning to become/transition to anEquipment OperatorII andadvancingwithin the company.This is an entry level position for those with little to noPITexperience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

75%Spent doing essential job functions asneeded.

10%Time off PIT equipment toassistwith general warehouse labor functions.

5%Cross-trainingin other functions/departments.

5%Generalhousekeeping ofdepartment.

5%Completing PIT inspection reports.
