Job description

Please note that this is a part time role with minimum 20 hours per week. The hours are flexible, but it would be Monday to Friday normal working hours. (no weekends or nights)

Responsibilities

1. Social Media + Styling

  • Organic Pins. We currently pin all lookbooks, campaigns, curve, and some UGC on Pinterest organically.
  • Community management on IG, TikTok, Reddit
  • Assist with iPhone video content at photoshoots and NYBFW.
  • Real wedding sourcing — including via Anthro Weddings tagged posts. Eventually: upload real wedding content on the website.
  • Styling Assistant, organizing props and accessories for photo and content shoots. Steaming.
  • Assist with photoshoot logistics as needed.
  • Maintain prop and accessories closet, preparing shoes & accessories for events, shoots, and castings.
  • Assist with ongoing influencer and stylist research,  track social partner performance, coordinate/send sample loans or gifting shipments. Maintain influencer and media database.
  • NYBFW: create model and run of show boards, label + organize accessories for each model. Shop for and return any accessories as needed. Manage accessory borrows.
  • Eventually: Ongoing researching, saving, + suggesting on-trend and on-brand TikTok sounds

2. Digital Media

  • Implementing/editing SEO image alt descriptions on the back end of Shopify for all products (thousands, ongoing long task)
  • Additional SEO/AI optimization for website
  • Photo Asset requests. Maintain Store Image Library.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with partners. Ensure assets are delivered to the right teams on schedule
  • Dress Loan requests and follow up.
  • Maintain Imagery on 3rd Party Directories or Listings
  • Update Marketing production notes with digital & email projects list, create Trello cards
  • Eventually: Research, editing, and publishing blog posts tailored for SEO & AI optimization

3. Daily Tasks

  • Community management on IG, TikTok, Reddit: Going through direct messages, comments, tagged/mentioned posts, and tagged stories and reacting/commenting/or responding to each.
  • Real wedding sourcing — including via Anthro Weddings tagged posts: Going through tagged posts on both our accounts and anthro’s accounts, saving to appropriate folders, and DMing photographer or bride to ask for gallery link and permission.
  • Assist with ongoing influencer and stylist research,  track social partner post performance, maintain influencer and media database.
  • Ongoing researching, saving, + suggesting on-trend and on-brand TikTok sounds
  • Implementing/editing SEO image alt descriptions on Shopify for all products (ongoing long task)
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with partners. Ensure on time asset delivery.

4. Weekly Tasks

  • Organic Pins. We currently pin all lookbooks, PDP videos, campaigns, curve, and some UGC on Pinterest organically. Would likely pin more if time allowed.
  • Coordinate/send sample loans or gifting influencer shipments. Can be more frequent.
  • Additional SEO/AI optimization for website. Can be more frequent.
  • Photo Asset requests. 
  • Maintain Store Image Library.  Add more social media videos.
  • Dress Loan requests and follow up.
  • Research, editing, and publishing blog posts tailored for SEO & AI optimizations

5. Monthly Tasks

  • Upload real wedding content on the website. Post 1 a week, but easy to do in bulk for the month. Could potentially post more if we had more from the research this position would do.
  • Maintain Imagery and company info on 3rd Party Directories or Listings. Google, Apple Business Yelp, + many more that would benefit our SEO/AI value
  • Update Marketing production notes with digital & email projects list, create Trello cards

6. Seasonal Tasks/ As Needed

  • Assist with iPhone video content at photoshoots and NYBFW.
  • Styling Assistant, organizing props and accessories for photo and content shoots. Steaming.
  • Assist with photoshoot and event logistics as needed.
  • Maintain prop + accessories closet, preparing shoes & accessories for events, shoots, and castings.
  • NYBFW: create model and run of show boards, label + organize accessories for each model. Shop for and return any accessories as needed. Manage accessory borrows.


Preferred qualifications 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, fashionable, diligent, reliable, and creative
  • Superior knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Working knowledge of Canva and Capcut
  • Entry level+ experience in marketing and social media
  • Previous social media or fashion experience preferred
