AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and is looking for Entry Level Sales Representatives who are ready to develop real client-facing skills while working from home.

This position is designed for individuals who want structured training, consistent support, and an opportunity to grow in a performance-driven environment. Previous sales experience is welcome, but it is not required.

What the Role Looks Like

The Sales Representative will work with individuals who have already expressed interest in learning about available benefit and coverage options.

The day-to-day work includes:

• Conducting scheduled phone and virtual conversations with prospective clients
• Learning about each client's situation and identifying appropriate options
• Presenting benefit information in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
• Answering questions and addressing client concerns professionally
• Guiding clients through the appropriate enrollment and application steps
• Following up with individuals when additional information or assistance is needed
• Updating client information and maintaining organized records
• Taking part in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Applying feedback and training to improve communication and sales performance
