Many institutions also offer structured professional development programs, including workshops, seminars, and networking events. Collaboration with other early-career researchers and participation in interdisciplinary projects are common, providing valuable experience and skills. These opportunities help you build a strong research portfolio and prepare for future roles in academia, industry, or government.
