  • Keep work areas organized and audit-ready with accurate labels and counts
  • Cross-train in at least one additional function, such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, or returns
  • For Tier II, serve as a go-to resource, coach newer teammates, identify bottlenecks, partner with the lead to adjust assignments, and suggest process improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and safety

What You'll Bring

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage moderately complex tasks
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet (standing/walking) for at least 90% of the shift
  • Experience using pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset with a proactive work ethic
