Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Golf Shop Attendant to help lead daily golf operations and oversee the outside services team.

This is a key leadership position responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining efficient operations, and supporting all golf-related programming. The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:Experience & Requirements

? Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a teamโ€”particularly outside services staff

? Strong commitment to hospitality and exceptional customer service

? Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

? Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and daily financial reporting

? Working knowledge of golf operations and a passion for the game

? Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

? Must be 21 years of age or older

Essential Responsibilities

Guest Service & Daily Operations

? Oversee all Golf Shop activities, including tee sheet management, check-in, and pace-of-play support

? Deliver a high level of hospitality and effectively resolve guest concerns

Team Leadership

? Supervise, train, and support the outside services team

? Set daily expectations and ensure consistent service standards are met

Financial Operations

? Manage and reconcile daily POS transactions, cash deposits, and sales reporting

? Support budget awareness and cost-control initiatives

Tournaments & Leagues

? Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and scoring of tournaments and leagues

? Ensure a professional, organized experience for all participants

Facility Readiness

? Maintain a clean, organized Golf Shop and staging areas

? Oversee golf cart fleet readiness and practice facility presentation in partnership with outside services
