Your Opportunity:

We're looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! You'll convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. Candidates should be driven, hard-working professionals who have a knack for closing deals. You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build instant rapport and further our business initiative.


  • Answers and manages inbound/outbound sales calls
  • Will engage customers in conversation to qualify each call, build rapport, determine sales need and provide information on company products and services following call flow guidelines
  • Attain Conversion goals of lead to call and positive action and other performance metrics including booking rate and monthly revenue sold
  • Sells residential pest control services and other services aligned with standard operating procedures
  • Creates service accounts for new customers
  • Collects credit card on auto-pay for all new accounts sold
  • Schedules inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians
  • Navigating multiple programs simultaneously, entering data real time, placing orders, searching existing accounts, all while comfortably maintaining a friendly conversation
  • Attain Monthly Development Plan goals regularly
  • Enters lead information into databases accurately
  • Deliver top of the line assistance to current customers with our one-call resolution guarantee


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous inside sales experience is required
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to type at a minimum of 50WPM and 90% accuracy. (A typing test will be conducted)
  • Entry-level knowledge/skill proficiency with Google Suite including, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc
  • Ability to calculate basic math
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
