Coastal Wildlife & Pest Services is one of the fastest-growing pest and wildlife companies in Jacksonville. We're hiring a technician to join a small, high-performing team. No industry experience required we train from scratch. What we hire for is attitude, reliability, and the ability to think independently in the field.
You'll start your mornings with a team huddle, then run your route solo inspecting properties, applying pest control treatments, setting and removing wildlife traps, and performing exclusion work to seal entry points in attics, crawl spaces, and roof returns. You'll interact with homeowners daily, so communication matters. The work is physical, hands-on, and no two days are the same.

  • Start at $17/hour as an Apprentice
  • Hit WL Tech Level 1 (612 months): $18/hour + production commission + $20/lead you generate
  • WL Tech Level 2 (1236 months): $19/hour + 7% sales commission + $30/lead
  • Senior Tech (2436 months): $20/hour + 10% sales commission + $50/lead + $1,500 annual scorecard bonus
