Position Overview:

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and adaptable individuals to join our team as Individual Support Workers (ISWs). In this role, you will provide direct support and daily assistance to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication monitoring.
  • Assist with community outings, transportation, and appointments.
  • Instruct and encourage individuals in developing basic personal, social, academic, and vocational skills.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
