What You’ll Do

As an Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first impression of our firm by:

  • Speaking with potential clients by phone, web chat, and online inquiries
  • Listening with empathy while gathering important accident and injury information
  • Evaluating whether cases meet our criteria
  • Guiding qualified clients through the sign-up process
  • Building confidence and trust in Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers
  • Accurately documenting information in our case management system
  • Scheduling attorney consultations when appropriate

Training & Schedule

Your first four months include a structured Monday-Friday training schedule (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) to ensure you’re set up for success.

After training, your regular schedule will be:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday & Sunday: Off

Eligible team members may have the opportunity to work remotely on select days based on performance and business needs.
