As an Account Manager, you will work directly with mortgage brokers and Account Executives, helping manage relationships, support active loan pipelines, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for mortgage brokers and lending partners. You'll help coordinate loan activity, communicate updates, answer questions, and strengthen relationships while learning the mortgage business from experienced industry professionals.


This role provides hands-on exposure to mortgage operations, broker relationship management, loan structuring, and wholesale sales.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•       Build and maintain professional relationships with mortgage brokers and lending partners

•       Serve as a liaison between brokers, Account Executives, Operations, and Underwriting teams

•       Assist brokers with loan submissions, documentation requests, and pipeline updates

•       Proactively communicate status updates and help resolve issues throughout the loan process

•       Learn Oaktree Funding's lending products, programs, and guidelines

•       Support Account Executives in developing and maintaining broker relationships

•       Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity within company systems

•       Deliver a high level of customer service and responsiveness


QUALIFICATIONS

•       Bachelor's degree preferred

•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•       Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

•       Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships

•       Strong organizational and time-management skills

•       Coachable and eager to learn

•       Prior customer service, sales, leadership, athletics, internship, or business experience is a plus
