Job Summary:
  • To provide clerical services as required that will, through maximum confidence and quality of job performance, contribute to the efforts in obtaining MTE's objectives and to promote a smooth and coordinated flow of material within the office and with other offices.
  • Entry level position.
  • Reclassification to entry level II (A and B) requires satisfactory job performance of level I and, successful completion of all required training. Must demonstrate the ability to independently manage all the complexities of any type of project related to the position.
  • Reclassification to entry level III (A) requires satisfactory job performance of level I & II and, successful completion of all required training. Must demonstrate the ability to independently manage all the complexities of any type of project related to the position.
  • Reclassification to entry level III (B) requires satisfactory job performance of level I & II and, successful completion of all required training. Must demonstrate the ability to independently manage all the complexities of any type of project related to the position and have achieved a minimum of 250 United sales.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
  • Ability to manage challenging interactions with empathy, including assisting frustrated members or those who may have a limited understanding of their circumstances.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule. Hours are Monday - Friday and can range anywhere from 7am to 7pm but not limited to these hours or days.
