Job Summary
Delmar Aerospace is currently seeking Pilatus PC-12 qualified pilots to instruct foreign pilots overseas for a period up to 6 months. We value individuals who are not only outstanding pilots but also dependable, showcasing superior instructor capabilities and excellent communications skill with the customer.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct flight training sessions for foreign Airforce pilots in the Pilatus PC-12, including ground school, flight maneuvers, and system operations,
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the PC-12 to ensure airworthiness and safety.
  • Educate students on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advanced instruction on the Pilatus PC-12's systems, operations, and performance characteristics.
  • Conduct training sessions that focus on the unique aspects of the PC-12, including single-engine operations, turbine engine management, and cargo handling.
  • Ensure familiarity with the aircraft's avionics suite and demonstrate proficiency in its use.
  • Conduct CFI and CFII training to selected students who will be assigned as Instructor Pilots and Instrument Instructor Pilots for the Pilatus PC-12.
Qualifications and Skills
  • FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).
  • FAA Certified Flight Instructor- Instrument (CFII).
  • Qualified under FAA Part 141 or Part 142 and 1000-hours flight time and 100 instructing in aircraft.
    • Excepted under FAA Part 141 or Part 142 with two years prior experience as a military instructor.
  • Alternate qualification: former military instructor pilots who qualify under FAA Part 61.73
  • A valid Class 1 or Class 2 medical certificate with Instrument Rating (IR).
  • High performance aircraft (HPA) knowledge, and an IR SE (A) or IR ME (A).
