The Opportunity:

As a Software Engineer on our team, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a dynamic, agile environment. We're looking for someone with the skills needed to develop and improve technology from vision to production-ready system.This role is more than just coding. We need a Software Engineer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. Using a variety of technical skills, you'll work with the development team to create technical solutions for our clients. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:

  • Experience in programming languages or development frameworks, including common languages or modern frontend or backend technologies, in an academic environment
  • Experience using common productivity tools, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of basic software development processes or life cycle concepts
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Winter 2026 or Spring or Summer 2027

The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
