Salary: $162,240 - $235,040 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative anesthesia team at a leading academic healthcare facility. In this role, you will provide high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings while working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
  • Prepare and administer anesthesia using appropriate techniques and protocols.
  • Continuously monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural care.
  • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition during anesthesia.
  • Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and ensure appropriate recovery care.
  • Accurately document anesthesia assessments, medications, and patient outcomes.
