The Mission

At SERVPRO, we don’t just repair buildings—we restore peace of mind. When a family experiences a fire, flood, or construction project, the dust and damage can feel overwhelming. Your mission is to step into that chaos and use your attention to detail to restore order. Whether you are carefully packing up a customer's personal belongings, cleaning smoke-damaged items, or wiping down a home after a major rebuild, you are the final touch that makes it "Like it never even happened."
The Role: Detail-Oriented & Active

This is a physically demanding, manual labor position that requires high stamina and an absolute eye for cleanliness. You will be working directly on job sites and back at our warehouse facility under the direction of a Crew Lead.
Key Responsibilities

  • Careful Packing & Pack-Outs: Wrap, box, and protect a customer's personal belongings (dishes, electronics, clothing, heirlooms) so they can be safely transported without damage.
  • Post-Construction Cleans: Clear out the fine dust, debris, and smudges left behind after active construction. This includes wiping down cabinetry, detailed vacuuming, cleaning windows, and making the house look showroom-ready.

  • Team Mindset: Willingness to listen to instructions, work hard alongside your crew, and treat customers' belongings with absolute respect.
  • Reliability: Show up on time, every day, with a professional attitude and ready to work.
  • Screening: Must have a valid Driver’s License, pass a background check, and pass a drug screen.
What’s In It For You?

  • Starting Pay: $17.00/hour with steady hours and consistent Overtime opportunities.
