Job description

Position Summary / Why This Role Matters

The Production/Warehouse Associate plays an important role in supporting our Nashville manufacturing facility, where filters are produced for our field operations. This entry-level position helps keep materials moving, supports production equipment and packing activities, and ensures finished products are handled accurately and safely. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn in a hands-on environment. What You Will Do

In this role, you will support both warehouse and production operations, including:

  • Receive, inspect, move, and store raw materials, components, and supplies.
  • Pull, stage, and deliver materials needed for daily filter production.
  • Work at packing tables to package, label, inspect, and prepare finished filters for shipment.
  • Operate or assist with pleater machines and other manufacturing equipment as trained.
  • Support production line activities by loading materials, monitoring product flow, and keeping work areas organized.
  • Verify product counts, labels, and packaging for accuracy and report quality issues or material shortages promptly.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy and support general warehouse organization and material handling.
  • Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with line setup, replenishment, cleanup, and other production support tasks as needed.
  • Work as part of a team to help meet daily production and shipping goals.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment and support warehouse, packing, and machine-related tasks.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.

Preferred

  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience.
  • Experience working at packing tables, on production lines, or around basic manufacturing equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation, including pleater machines.
  • Experience with pallet jacks, hand tools, scanners, or related warehouse equipment.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

  • The role requires standing, walking, repetitive motion, and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs. with required PPE based on the work area.
  • Schedule may align to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on business needs; specific shift details will be reflected in the job ad.
