Production Mixer / Packer / Sanitation Associate
Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Production Mixers, Packers, and Sanitation Associates in Solon, OH. These are full-time opportunities with weekly pay, steady schedules, and immediate openings on 2nd and 3rd shift.

Job Responsibilities

  • Measuring, weighing, staging, and labeling materials
  • Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
  • Operating forklifts, tow motors, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment
  • Cleaning and sanitizing assigned production areas
  • Following GMP, PPE, safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Performing quality checks for weight, labels, packaging, and product accuracy
  • Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
Requirements
  • Previous production, packing, sanitation, warehouse, forklift, tow motor, or general labor experience preferred
  • Entry-level candidates welcome for select packing roles
  • Forklift or tow motor experience required for Production Mixer roles
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
