JOB SUMMARY           

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this outside sales role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth.

This Sales Representative position is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment, enjoys prospecting and cold calling, and is comfortable visiting client job sites. The successful Sales Representative will identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain strong communication with both clients and internal teams. 

COMPENSATION

  • $55,000–$60,000 base salary (depending on experience) 
  • Uncapped commission (high earning potential) 

JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS           

  • Prospect and generate new business through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calling, and email outreach 
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and service solutions 
  • Manage the full sales cycle as a Sales Representative, from lead generation to closing deals 
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and performance goals 
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business 
  • Conduct site visits and in-person meetings to strengthen customer partnerships 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems 
  • Collaborate with internal sales and branch teams to ensure seamless customer experience 
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure post-sale satisfaction 
  • Track and report sales activity, including calls, pipeline updates, and lost opportunities 
  • Maintain a strong pipeline by organizing and managing prospective customer data 
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities 
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS             

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a Sales Representative role 
  • Proven success with cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales 
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools 

Education:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
