 This full-time on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity for entry-level candidates to contribute to patient care and work within a collaborative medical environment.

As a Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in the management of hospitalized patients, utilizing your medical expertise to ensure high-quality care. Your contributions will directly enhance patient outcomes and support the overall mission of our recruiting and staffing services in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations of hospitalized patients
  • Develop and implement patient management plans
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Document patient reports and ensure accurate records
  • Provide patient and family education on health management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Stay current with advances in medical practices and treatments
Requirements
  • MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) credentials
  • Entry-level experience in a clinical setting is preferred
  • Strong understanding of internal medicine principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Current medical license in the state of Tennessee
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: 7p-7a, 7 on/7 off

No call shifts required

Duties: Admits and cross-coverage

Daily Census: 18-22 patients

Support Staff: APPs

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

- 40k quality bonus- individually based
- 10/rvu over 4500 and 38/rvu over 5500
- 30k sign on with comprehensive relocation package
- Typically, will have them interview with 2 hospitals
- APP support

-No new grads- 2027
