Assignment Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Bartlett, IL
Assignment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 / Per Hour, depending on experience
Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k)
Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day purchasing process for non-inventory items and services.
  • Create, maintain, and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain purchasing records and tracking information using Excel.
  • Communicate with various internal departments to clarify requests and ensure all required information is received before processing.
  • Provide administrative support related to purchasing and accounts payable activities.
  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when managing documentation and requests.
