Job Description

The Financial Systems Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of financial systems. This individual works closely with more senior analysts and business users to troubleshoot issues, perform routine data validations, assist with report generation, and support system testing activities.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in maintaining and supporting financial systems (e.g., ERP, budgeting, reporting tools).
  • Perform data entry, validation, and basic reconciliation tasks.
  • Support end users by troubleshooting basic issues and escalating as needed.
  • Participate in testing during system upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
  • Document system processes, standard procedures, and user guides.
  • Generate routine financial and operational reports upon request.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and accounting teams to resolve issues and gather requirements.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in a finance, accounting, or systems support role.

Qualifications:
