Oracle Engineer (ORC - Talent & Learning, OIC and HCM)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Oracle Engineer - ORC Fusion with Talent & Learning Modules, HCM HR and OIC.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Experience of Implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning
· Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent Configuration & Administration
· Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM
· Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application
· Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
· Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
· Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows Experienced with Full Project life cycle and well versed with agile & Waterfall Analysis
· Experience on Oracle Journeys
· Experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
· Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
· Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
· Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System
• Nice to Have
· Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
· Experience on Documentum
· Knowledge of Skill Nexus , GEN AI in Oracle .
· Knowledge on LLM's
· Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantage
· Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantage
· Prior experience of automating Code deployment process will be added advantage
