We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join a growing team in Danville, Virginia. This role is well suited for someone early in their finance career who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights and supporting informed decision-making. Responsibilities:

โ€ข Create financial reports, dashboards, and tracking tools that help leaders monitor results and key business trends.

โ€ข Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, operational reviews, and ad hoc analysis.

โ€ข Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by organizing data, evaluating assumptions, and highlighting risks or opportunities.

โ€ข Analyze variances between actual and expected performance and explain findings through clear, business-focused reporting.

โ€ข Gather and interpret financial and operational data to support performance measurement and decision support initiatives.
