Job description

Location: Malta, NY
Pay: $21/hour – Day Shift | $24/hour – Night Shift (includes $3 shift differential)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Approximately 36/48 hours per week
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm | Advancement Opportunities

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable working on their feet and are willing to learn. Experience in fast food, warehouse, retail, hospitality, production, logistics, construction, or other hands-on environments can be a great fit.

No semiconductor, chemical, or specialty-gas experience is required. Training is provided.


What You'll Do

  • Monitor and operate industrial equipment and systems
  • Perform routine equipment checks and safety inspections
  • Handle and change chemical totes, drums, and gas cylinders following strict procedures
  • Record equipment readings and complete required documentation
  • Support basic maintenance, sampling, and material transfer activities
  • Follow all safety, PPE, quality, and environmental requirements
  • Work as part of a team in a highly regulated manufacturing environment


What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable and willing to learn
  • Able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • Basic mechanical/technical aptitude is a plus
  • Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts


Physical Requirements

This is a physically active, hands-on position. You must be able to:

  • Stand/walk for up to 11 hours per shift
  • Walk approximately 5–10K steps per day
  • Lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Frequently bend, reach, and move around the facility
  • Wear required PPE and a respirator when necessary


Schedule & Pay

Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM | $21/hour
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM | $24/hour

Initial onboarding will be Monday–Friday for approximately one week, with the regular schedule beginning afterwards.

Candidates must be available and willing to work both day and night shifts based on business needs.
